Fantastic as always, I think this was awesome, the whole set-up. Having it from the point of view of the lizardmen was a fantastic idea readers of Kugane will be glued to this book as much as his others, true Ainz Ooal Gown isn't in it as much but that's alright, this truly sets it up so you feel the lizardmens despair.
I feel like I repeat myself alot but this was a great book. Short, but great. If you're a fan of the anime this book picks up immediately after it although there are slight alterations between the Anime series and the books, it is easy enough to pickup on.
As a fan of the series I enjoyed the book. Just had to give it a chance. Well till next time
You'll just have to read it if you like fantasy genre. I burn through these books in a day when each one arrives. Then have to wait a few months for the next one.
I was excited for my new copy to come in the mail, but the translation could use some work. It's like someone ran a google translate on the original japanese without bothering to change the wording to fit English.I'd buy a copy to support the author, but I'd read the fan translations of the original japanese light novel as its like 5x superior since it seems Yen Press skipped out at getting a real translator for the book. A bit disappointed.
Love how brutal Ainz is when dealing all who oppose Nazarick or his guardians. Keep the great works coming and ill keep buying. By the way, the darker the better. I'm so sick of a guy who slaughters 30 people to save a princess than blushes and passes out when she looks over to that k him
Great read and I love the far off premise. I love that the writer hasn't tried to explain the cause of the transition with some sappy garbage and that our anti-hero continues bumbling his way to greatness! I was never one to watch Anime or Manga but this story has caught my imagination and interest.
